About Us

Great Neck Imaging, Great Neck Radiologists, and Advanced Medical Imaging are three separate resources that together make one thoroughly comprehensive radiology practice. Whichever facility you visit, you will find radiologists with excellent credentials and technical skills. All are board certified and trained in a subspecialty.

For twenty years our goal here in Great Neck has been to make patient visits as pleasant as possible while providing a high level of professionalism. For example, our offices at Great Neck Imaging are surrounded by skylights and windows to provide a cheerful, light-filled environment. We choose equipment, and design procedures, with an understanding of the patient's perspective in order to combine the best possible patient care with the most comfortable patient care.

Standards are maintained at the highest level throughout the practice. Our CT, MR and PET/CT, Ultrasound, and Mammography facilities are accredited by the American College of Radiology (ACR). Our sonography facility is accredited by the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine (AIUM). All x-ray technologists are licensed and registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and several have further received the highest level of certification awarded, the Advanced Level Certificate. Our sonography technologists are licensed and registered by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS). Our nuclear medicine technology staff is certified in nuclear medicine by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board and by the ARRT.

We are proud to have what we consider to be the best technical staff in the profession working with our physicians for the benefit of you and your family.
